Role Description

Our C Space Health communities team is on a mission to humanize healthcare from the outside-in; bringing the voice of the customer (patient, provider, caregiver) to confidently guide healthcare companies to deliver improved experiences, better health outcomes, and commercial success.

What You’ll Do

• Showcase Client Leadership
  • Build strong relationships with your clients.
  • Understand the goals of your clients’ organizations and help them succeed.
  • Uncover the opportunity by creating space to listen, plan, and workshop with your clients.
  • Leverage thought leadership and assets to grow the business.
  • Design impactful research projects across qualitative and quantitative projects.
  • Manage the financial aspects of your accounts.
  • Actively connect the dots from patient, provider, and industry trends.
• Develop High-Performance Teams
  • Promote a sense of belonging on your teams.
  • Demonstrate and coach your teams in client empathy and commercial skills.
  • Define clear roles internally to leverage superpowers and development opportunities.
  • Help your teammates grow by delivering timely and direct feedback.
  • Work with managers, HR, and L&D colleagues to identify opportunities for new skill development.
• Grow the Business
  • Proactively uncover whitespace across client organizations.
  • Support prospective opportunities and identify new clients.

Qualifications

• Relevant pharmaceutical/biotech industry/healthcare experience, ideally in market research and data analysis.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in market research within healthcare.
• Proven track record as a practitioner of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Inclusive leader with demonstrated success managing and developing direct reports.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to deal with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive account growth through problem-solving and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• The Salary Range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000.
• This is a virtual role; however, we have an office in Boston for in-person and/or hybrid work.
