[Hiring] Digital Readiness & Workforce Capability Consultant @AAA-The Auto Club Group

2mths ago - AAA-The Auto Club Group is hiring a remote Digital Readiness & Workforce Capability Consultant. 💸 Salary: usd 105,000 - 140,000 per year 📍Location: Tunisia

Role Description

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

The Digital Readiness & Workforce Capability Consultant drives adoption and time-to-value for priority digital and workflow changes by translating tool rollouts into practical workforce enablement and sustained usage. The role partners with IT and internal portfolio owners to assess readiness, define role-based capability needs, and build scalable enablement and reinforcement that reduces friction for employees and managers. This position focuses on making changes usable in day-to-day work through manager guidance, job aids, targeted reinforcement, and adoption measurement rather than one-time training coordination. The Consultant primarily supports internal delivery teams and stakeholders, with selective leader engagement to align expectations, remove barriers, and reinforce adoption in priority segments.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build adoption strategies for priority digital and workflow changes, including target populations, capability needs, manager enablement approach, and reinforcement plan.
  • Conduct readiness and adoption diagnostics using feedback, workflow mapping, and available usage/adoption signals to identify barriers and prioritize interventions.
  • Develop scalable enablement assets tied to real workflows, such as job aids, manager talking points, office hours structures, and practical implementation guidance.
  • Partner with IT and change stakeholders to align workforce enablement plans with rollout timelines, communications, and support models.
  • Define and monitor adoption measures and leading indicators; provide recommendations to scale, adjust, or pause approaches based on evidence.
  • Support pilots and staged rollouts by structuring learning capture, surfacing friction points, and improving approaches before broader deployment.
  • Coordinate with Culture & Experience and Leader Effectiveness partners to ensure communications, leader routines, and reinforcement are aligned and usable.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning, Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
  • 6 years of experience in digital adoption, workforce enablement, change management, learning strategy, or related work.
  • Responsibility for translating enterprise or functional changes into practical, role‑based enablement that drives sustained usage.
  • Assessing workforce readiness, designing scalable enablement and manager guidance tied to real workflows, and using adoption signals or feedback to refine approaches over time.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital adoption and workforce enablement principles, including how new tools and workflows are integrated into day‑to‑day employee and manager work.
  • Organizational change and readiness concepts, including common sources of adoption friction during technology or workflow changes.
  • Cross‑functional operating models across IT, HR, and business teams and how these groups collaborate during enterprise or functional rollouts.
  • Adoption measurement approaches, including the use of leading indicators, qualitative feedback, and reinforcement mechanisms.
  • Effective communication and facilitation practices that support clarity, usability, and action.

Benefits

  • A competitive annual salary between $105,000 - $140,000 with annual bonus potential based on performance.
  • ACG offers excellent and comprehensive benefits packages, including:
    • Medical, dental and vision benefits.
    • 401k Match.
    • Paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
    • Paid Time Off (PTO), company paid holidays, CEO days, and floating holidays.
    • Paid volunteer day annually.
    • Tuition assistance program, professional certification reimbursement program and other professional development opportunities.
    • AAA Membership.
    • Discounts, perks, and rewards and much more.
