[Hiring] Digital Product Enablement Specialist @Element Fleet Management

Role Description

As Digital Product Enablement Specialist, you will create, organize, and maintain demo materials, knowledge resources, training content, and other digital product assets used by Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams. You will help make those resources accurate, accessible, current, and easy to use.

• Create, organize, and maintain digital product enablement materials, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training resources, and related digital assets.
• Support product demonstrations and enablement sessions by preparing materials, coordinating logistics, learning from experienced presenters, and gradually presenting portions of demos for internal teams, prospects, and clients.
• Maintain content organization and version control in SharePoint or similar repositories, using clear naming and storage practices to help teams access current, accurate materials efficiently.
• Support request for proposal (RFP) and sales enablement content by drafting, updating, and organizing digital product responses and coordinating input from Digital Team stakeholders.
• Collect stakeholder feedback, identify recurring questions or content gaps, and recommend updates that improve the quality, usability, and consistency of digital product enablement resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client-facing or business support environment.
• Experience in client success, sales enablement, product enablement, customer support, operations enablement, or a related client-facing or business support function.
• Created, organized, and maintained demo materials, training resources, knowledge base content, or other enablement materials.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content, track updates, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Clear communication skills in writing and conversation, including explaining technical or digital product information in a user-friendly way.
• Strong attention to detail to support version control, content accuracy, and consistent formatting.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools and willing to learn or use SharePoint or similar content management tools.

Requirements

• Preferred experience includes supporting product demonstrations, client presentations, RFP responses, or sales enablement processes.
• Familiarity with digital product tools, client portals, workflow technology, or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience coordinating input from multiple stakeholders to create or maintain reusable business content.
• Presentation skills or an interest in developing demo and client-facing presentation capability over time.
