Role Description

As a Huron Technical Director, you will:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to analysts, associates, managers, subcontractors, and client personnel.
• Engage in a multitude of industry and Practice responsibilities.
• Identify gaps in practice knowledge and discover strategies to enhance capabilities.
• Develop detailed project plans and manage budgets and resource loads.
• Leverage expertise across the organization.
• Handle engagement economics and develop/manage senior level client relationships.
• Ensure high-level quality and efficiency on projects and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a technical developer; 5+ years experience as a technical lead.
• Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA) and groovy scripting expertise.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud implementations and integrations.
• End-to-end implementation experience.
• 8-10 years’ experience in a consulting or advisory role as a technical specialist, architect, and/or developer with Oracle Student Financial Aid (SFA).
• The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron technical staff.
• The ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
• Ability and willingness to support pursuit activities by attending and participating in orals as a technical expert.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Flexible living locations in the U.S.

Requirements

• The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000-$225,000.
• The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
• This job is eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program.
• Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $218,750-$303,750.
• This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
