[Hiring] DevRel Lead @White Circle

Role Description

We're hiring a DevRel Lead to make White Circle the AI safety platform engineers and researchers actually want to build with. You'll own how we show up to technical audiences:

• Shipping technical content
• Running hackathons and meetups
• Launching open-source tools like Halo
• Building partnerships across the AI ecosystem

Qualifications

• Strong technical background as a software engineer, ML engineer, or researcher
• Experience at a technical product company, ideally in dev tools, infrastructure, databases, or AI
• Experience organizing hackathons, meetups, or technical events
• Engaged following among engineers and/or AI researchers on X, LinkedIn, GitHub, or elsewhere
• Knowledge of the AI tooling landscape: coding agents, eval frameworks, open-source models, and who is building what
• Ability to make complex technical topics compelling for a developer audience
• Thrives with ownership and moves fast without waiting for direction
• Based in the US, or able to work US hours; SF or New York is ideal
• Fluent in English

Requirements

• Experience leading developer marketing or DevRel for a technical launch that drove real adoption
• Contributed to or maintained popular open-source projects
• Existing relationships across the AI research and developer community
• Experience working on or around AI safety, evals, or reliability

• Intro call with Talent (25 min)
• Take-home assignment, with a choice of a walkthrough of one of our public repos or a launch case study on a sample company
• Technical chat with Head of Design & Head of Applied Research (45 min)
• Final conversation with CEO & Head of Engineering (45 min)
