[Hiring] Developer Relations Lead @Zenrows

Role Description

As we continue our rapid expansion, we are now looking for our first Developer Relations Engineer to join us on a permanent basis, make an instant impact and build our DevRel function from the ground up.

Nobody has ever done this job at Zenrows and that’s the exciting part! You’ll be our founding DevRel, which means there’s no playbook or legacy processes to inherit, and nobody telling you how it should be done. You get a blank canvas, real ownership and the freedom to build and scale the function from scratch the way you think it should be built.

Working alongside our GTM team, you’ll combine your technical advocacy and community skills to build credibility and help developers discover, experiment with, and integrate Zenrows. Ultimately adoption is the goal and success will be measured on that. We want Zenrows to be a name everyone recognises.

• Give talks and run technical workshops.
• Collaborate with relevant developer communities.
• Own our hackathon programme, including sponsorships and participation.
• Engage with the online community on platforms like Reddit, X, and Discord.
• Create videos, demo content, templates, sample apps, and open-source projects.
• Handle the feedback loop between the community and the product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Technical skills: Ability to write Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Demonstrable technical and community-building experience.
• Experience running events, talks, or community initiatives.
• Experience building developer ecosystems or technical communities from scratch.
• Skilled technical writer.

Requirements

• Comfortable with APIs/SDK, AI agents, and building demos, apps, and integrations.
• Public body of work, including videos, talks, demos, repos, or posts.
• Ability to measure success in impact, not just reach.
• Excited about owning the function and making big decisions.
