Role Description

We are currently seeking organized and motivated individuals to support destination wedding planning services in a remote capacity. In this role, you will assist with coordinating wedding-related travel arrangements, researching venues and resorts, and helping ensure a smooth planning experience for clients. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel, events, and working in a structured, client-focused environment. No prior experience in wedding planning is required—training and ongoing support are provided.

• Assist with researching and coordinating destination wedding venues and travel arrangements
• Communicate with clients to gather preferences, timelines, and important details
• Support the booking process for accommodations, group travel, and related services
• Maintain accurate records of client information and planning details
• Provide timely updates, confirmations, and follow-ups
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination options

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Basic computer and online system navigation skills
