• Assist with organizing destination event details, timelines, and logistics
• Support coordination of travel arrangements connected to events
• Gather and document client preferences, requirements, and updates
• Help track event components to ensure everything stays on schedule
• Communicate confirmations and important information clearly and promptly
• Maintain accurate records and assist with ongoing coordination tasks

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
• Clear and professional communication style
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using digital tools and online coordination platforms

Requirements

• Background in event planning, coordination, or customer service (Helpful Experience, Not Required)
• Interest in destination events, hospitality, or travel-related services (Helpful Experience, Not Required)
