Role Description

The Department of Homeless Services & Housing (HSH) is conducting a search for a Deputy Director, Homeless Services & Housing. This position is an unclassified, at-will executive role reporting to the Chief Program Officer within HSH. The role leads high-level managers and large multidisciplinary teams across Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative leader with strong policy, operational, and fiscal expertise, capable of navigating complex systems and advancing innovative, results-driven solutions. This opportunity is restricted to permanent employees of the County of Los Angeles who have successfully completed their initial probationary period and meet the qualifying requirements.
