[Hiring] Dental Biller @Paired

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Biller to help improve insurance collections and support the full dental revenue cycle for our customers. This role is responsible for:

• Submitting clean claims
• Resolving denials
• Posting payments
• Managing outstanding A/R
• Working with dental practices across general dentistry and specialty offices

This is also an opportunity to help shape internal processes and workflows. We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental billing experience
• Experience working with multiple practices, specialties, or payer mixes is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Google Chat
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements
• Team-oriented mindset with interest in improving systems and workflows
• Available to work during US business hours
