[Hiring] Demand Planning Specialist @Capgemini

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will work closely & directly with the client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will contribute to our company's growth.

• Report PY / CY Category Performance across all initiatives
• Monthly review of Building Blocks Delivery Top Line and per Customer
• Review Category forecast for discrepancies, trends, assumptions
• Sense check bottom-up value forecast at an aggregated level against value calculation based on financial aggregated rate
• Provides content for Review Historical Performance, Review Assumptions and Review Risks and Opportunities
• Finalize unconstrained demand forecast after Category Demand Review
• Forecast KPIs as Forecast Accuracy (FCA), Forecast Value Add (FCVA) and Forecast Bias (FB)

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of demand planning
• Knowledge of Customer Business Development processes
• Strong analytical mindset, problem solving, organization skills, and attention to detail
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
