Role Description

The Delivery Consultant will act in a 180-recruitment capacity, focusing strictly on sourcing and delivering high-quality candidates. Operating remotely as an integrated member of the team, the role focuses on generating candidate shortlists using results-driven performance metrics.

• Source high-quality candidates.
• Deliver high-quality candidates for recruitment assignments.

Qualifications

• Technical recruitment experience.
• Experience within the STEM or engineering sectors preferred.
• Proven capability to work independently online.
• Pre-screened infrastructure for remote work.
• Confirmed, reliable home internet connection.
• UPS backup power system.

Requirements

• Remote work availability from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
• Salary range: R26,250.00 – R30,000.00 per month (Candidates with proven experience within the STEM industry can ask for R30,000.00+).
