[Hiring] Defined Benefit Implementation Analyst @Marsh McLennan

Role Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Defined Benefit Implementation team at Mercer. This is a remote role.

You can expect to work on a team focused on pension plan administration and implementation support, where analytical skills are used to keep project work accurate, timely, and aligned to client needs. The role involves contributing to requirements, testing, documentation, and technical specifications, while helping identify and resolve issues that could affect delivery quality. You will also be responsible for meeting assigned deadlines and supporting modifications based on specific client requirements.

• Perform key implementation functions
• Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills
• Manage your deliverables to the project plan
• Actively participate in internal status calls
• Actively participate in external/client status calls
• Facilitate internal and external workshops (data, plan provisions, communications, trustee processing)
• Train the Delivery team

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of defined benefit administration or implementation experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong written communication skills
• Impressive analytical and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Ability to identify and resolve issues and problems that will affect accuracy of the technical specifications
• Exceptional Excel and Access skills
• Your ability to articulate why you are a good fit for this position
• Testing experience including developing and executing test plans
