[Hiring] Dealer Sales Analyst @Honda Canada Inc.

Role Description

The Dealer Sales Analyst is an exciting developmental position to learn the diverse business acumen of an automotive OE and its role in directly guiding the activities of our retail outlets (Dealers).

• Responsible for supporting operational needs to strengthen and support the Honda brand.
• Ensures attainment of key performance programs, new vehicle allocation, dealership profitability, and customer satisfaction with a select group of dealers in Prairie Zone.
• Key contact for dealer communications, leading in producing KPI reporting.
• Provides support to Zone Management and administrative functions in the office as required.
• Completes majority of work via virtual contact to achieve overall objectives of Honda.
• Opportunity to travel in person to meet in-dealership management teams and attend National Brand events.

Qualifications

• Completed post-secondary education specializing in Business or Automotive or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate PC skills with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to travel on occasion within Canada and must hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Results-oriented with good working relationships within Honda Canada and other stakeholders.
• Several years’ experience in the automotive field or equivalent experience in logistics, distribution, analytics.
• Knowledge of Honda products and current industry conditions.

Requirements

• Ability to lead dealers in the adoption of business tools and create a top-tier automotive network for the Brand.
• Develop and report on key business metrics for Zone Management and Senior Management of Honda Canada.
• Ability to analyze current business trends and prepare presentations for virtual meetings.
• Build supporting slides for Advertising planning meetings and key zone presentations.

Benefits

• Salary range: $72,921.00 - $86,593.00 CAD hourly.
• Work-from-home position, requiring employees to work from home five days per week.
• Hoteling workspace when attending the assigned company office on occasion.
