[Hiring] Deal Operations Analyst @Flock

Role Description

As a Deal Operations Analyst, you aren't just a "support" person—you are a critical architect of our revenue engine. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Operations & Business Process, you will be the frontline strategist for our Sales and Success teams. You’ll navigate the complexities of unique procurement processes, ensuring our mission-critical technology gets into the hands of those who protect our communities without friction.

• Move with Urgency: Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps, providing real-time systems and process support to keep deals moving at "Flock speed."
• Scale the Impossible: Collaborate with Business Systems to execute quarterly sprints that dismantle conventional bottlenecks in our sales tech stack.
• Own the Outcome: Become the subject matter expert on Flock’s products, pricing, and programs, ensuring every quote is a masterpiece of accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Protect the Mission: Act as the first-line steward for contractual risk management, escalating deviations and ensuring every agreement is principled and compliant.
• Build the Playbook: Maintain world-class process documentation and training materials, ensuring our knowledge base evolves as fast as we do.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Deal Operations or Sales Operations experience at a high-growth tech company.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce is a must. Experience with SaaS quote/agreement solutions is a massive plus.
• Relentless attention to detail; you catch the things others miss.
• Self-starter; you learn on the go and thrive under pressure.
• Advanced skills in Google Docs and MS Office; experience managing templates in DocuSign CLM is a plus.
