Role Description

• Environment consists of Dell PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker, and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault.
• Perform troubleshooting on the backup environment.
• Open support tickets with vendors on unique problems and work to completion.
• Support Disaster Recovery efforts as they pertain to the data protection environment.
• Assist in operationalizing and monitoring Cyber Recovery Vault.
• Must be detail-oriented and pay attention to standards.
• Monitor and analyze enterprise backup systems.
