Role Description

FX Spine & Performance Center is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to support our clinical and administrative operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining patient and operational data to ensure the integrity and efficiency of our healthcare services. The ideal candidate is dependable, highly accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment.

• Enter, update, and verify patient records in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Process intake forms, insurance information, and billing data accurately
• Review documentation for completeness and correct discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Organize and file digital and physical records as needed
• Assist with generating reports for management and clinical staff
• Communicate with front desk and billing departments to ensure data accuracy
• Perform general administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Previous data entry or medical office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
