Role Description

We are seeking an experienced EHR Application Analyst to configure, support, and maintain our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR/EMR applications, healthcare workflows, user management, system configuration, testing, and end-user support.

• Configure EHR templates, orders, workflows, and billing.
• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Support medication and lab order configuration.
• Perform system testing after updates.
• Provide end-user support and training.
• Assist with new site implementations and go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, Athena, Meditech, or similar EHR systems.
• Healthcare application configuration and support.
• User management and security.
• System testing (UAT).
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
