Role Description

Data management for global technology exhibitions.

TECHSPO Technology Expo produces large-scale technology exhibitions and events that bring together developers, brands, and marketers in New York. We are looking for four Data Entry Clerks to support our operations during 40-hour workweeks with a 1-month probation period.

Your responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain large volumes of event data, participant registrations, and exhibitor details into our internal databases.
• Verify records for accuracy.
• Update contact information.
• Process logistical information for upcoming exhibitions.

Your first months at TECHSPO Technology Expo:

• Master our data entry systems.
• Take over the regular processing of exhibitor and attendee records.
• Support our event logistics and ensure operational databases remain accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain focus while processing repetitive information.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Familiarity with standard spreadsheet software.
• Clear written communication skills.
