Role Description

You'll process, clean, and organise data from various sources — entering records accurately, checking for errors, and keeping databases up to date. It's methodical work that matters: clean data means better decisions for the clients who depend on it.

• Enter and update records across spreadsheets and internal systems
• Cross-check data for accuracy and flag discrepancies
• Prepare structured reports and data exports for client delivery
• Handle document scanning, filing, and digital organisation tasks
• Meet daily and weekly output targets while maintaining accuracy standards

Qualifications

• High accuracy and patience with repetitive, detail-oriented tasks
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Good time management — able to meet output targets consistently
• Reliable internet and a focused workspace

Requirements

• Experience with any CRM or database management tool (nice to have)
• Typing speed of 50+ WPM (nice to have)
• Background in admin, data, or back-office work (nice to have)
