Role Description

The Data Entry position is responsible for inputting basic data into systems, databases, or spreadsheets.

• Enter basic data into the systems, databases, or spreadsheets
• Use software tools such as Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs

Qualifications

• Previous data entry experience or equivalent preferred
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Knowledge of specialized tools for data entry is preferred - MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Medical background - preference
