Role Description

• Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategies aligned with business objectives
• Establish and mature cybersecurity governance programs across multiple business units
• Design and implement risk management frameworks, conduct enterprise risk assessments
• Drive compliance with:
  • NIST CSF
  • NIST 800-53
  • NIST 800-171
  • ISO 27001
  • CIS Controls
  • GDPR
  • NERC CIP
• Establish cloud governance programs for Azure and AWS; implement DLP, IAM, and security monitoring
• Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs
• Manage cybersecurity budgets, vendors, and consulting partners
• Develop executive-level reporting and business cases for security investments

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required

Preferred Skills

• NERC CIP experience
• Industry background: Utilities, Energy & Power, Oil & Gas, Water/Wastewater, Critical Infrastructure, Industrial Manufacturing, Government/Public Sector

Location & Work Model

• Fully remote. Candidates in Central (CST) or Pacific (PST) time zones strongly preferred.
