[Hiring] Cybersecurity Identity Access Management Lead Technical Manager @Caesars Entertainment

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to design, implement, and enhance our identity governance processes. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging the team in optimizing existing configurations
• Driving the integration of SailPoint ISC
• Maintaining Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows
• Expanding SailPoint ISC integrations with enterprise applications
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives

You will lead a team of engineers and analysts while collaborating with IT, business application owners, and security teams to align IAM processes with organizational goals.
