Role Description

The temporary Credential Review Assistant position supports the credential evaluation team by efficiently reviewing and processing files for eligibility, ensuring compliance with established criteria, and performing administrative tasks during this temporary six-month period reporting to the AD, Quality Management.

• Quickly review credential files against quality and compliance criteria
• Efficiently identify and route files based on risk level and eligibility
• Apply regional and product-specific rules accurately
• Process order modifications (biodata updates, credential additions/cancellations)
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong MS Office, including Excel experience
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
• Deadline-driven with ability to work efficiently under time constraints, in fast-paced environment
• Fast learner who can quickly master decision frameworks and criteria
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Aligned with WES’ mission and values

Requirements

• Understanding of international education systems (Desired)
• Experience with credential evaluation, document review, or high-volume processing (Desired)
