Role Description

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Creative Producer to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all brand content production activities. This role is focused on managing the production process rather than creating content yourself. You will coordinate photographers, videographers, editors, models, stylists and other creative suppliers to ensure all content is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard. Acting as the central point of contact between internal teams and external creative partners, you will oversee everything from monthly content shoots to large-scale seasonal campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Production Management
  • Produce and deliver one small-scale content shoot per month.
  • Coordinate regular social-first photography and video content production.
  • Lead the production of 3–4 major brand campaigns annually.
  • Build production timelines, budgets and shoot schedules.
  • Manage projects from concept through to final asset delivery.
• Talent & Supplier Management
  • Source, negotiate and manage relationships with:
    • Photographers
    • Videographers
    • Models and talent
    • Makeup artists
    • Hair stylists
    • Set designers and prop stylists
    • Studios and locations
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of creative freelancers and suppliers.
  • Manage production budgets and supplier costs.
• Shoot Execution
  • Create call sheets, production schedules and shoot documentation.
  • Ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate talent logistics, travel and scheduling where required.
  • Resolve production issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain high production standards while working within budget.
• Asset Management & Delivery
  • Oversee post-production timelines and approvals.
  • Coordinate editing, retouching and final asset delivery.
  • Ensure assets are correctly named, tagged and archived.
  • Maintain organised digital asset libraries.
  • Distribute final assets to relevant stakeholders across the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with leadership, marketing, e-commerce and design teams.
  • Ensure content requirements are captured before production begins.
  • Manage asset requests and delivery deadlines.
  • Maintain production calendars and content planning schedules.

Qualifications

• Essential
  • 3+ years' experience in creative production, content production or campaign management.
  • Experience producing photography and video shoots.
  • Strong understanding of social media content production.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies and external suppliers.
  • Strong budgeting and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advantageous
  • Experience within beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or consumer brands.
  • Understanding of e-commerce content requirements.
  • Experience with tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Airtable or similar project management platforms.
  • Experience working across both photography and video content.
