Role Description

We are looking for a talented creative producer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing content at a high velocity.

Conduct research and conceptualization to develop performance marketing hypotheses and creative strategies based on client goals and audience insights.
Create detailed creative briefs for copywriters, designers, and motion designers, ensuring alignment with client expectations and creative hypotheses.
Coordinate the production process, including static, video, and HTML5 formats, ensuring all assets are prepared for client review and final delivery.
Review and provide feedback on creative outputs, ensuring alignment with performance goals and creative hypotheses before client submission.
Manage delivery of final creative assets through platforms such as PG APP and Google Drive, ensuring proper file naming and accessibility.

Qualifications

5 years proven experience in creative production, including video production, motion design, and static design.
Proficiency in using creative tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML5 design software.
Strong understanding of creative strategy, including research, conceptualization, hypothesis development, and client alignment processes.
Ability to manage projects using bottleneck-first workflows to prioritize tasks and minimize delays.
Excellent communication skills for providing clear briefs and feedback to designers, creators, and clients.
