An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and technically minded professional to join our Corporate Workflow Solutions (CWS) team. If you're passionate about optimising how our Corporate businesses operate — and you understand the corporate travel world inside out — this could be the role for you.

As a Corporate Workflow Solutions Expert sitting within the Order Management pillar, you'll be at the heart of how our corporate brands perform. You'll identify and deliver initiatives that drive operational excellence across the entire booking workflow, from enquiry through to reporting — whether online or offline. Working closely with Product Managers and our Corporate Technology teams, you'll turn process gaps into efficiency wins and translate technical complexity into business impact.

Qualifications

• Identify opportunities to improve consultant workflows.
• Work with Customer Delivery to maximise automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Management to surface and prioritise development requests.
• Serve as the system and process expert on projects and initiatives impacting brand workflows.
• Provide technical guidance on business system changes and new product features.
• Produce clear documentation throughout the development cycle.
• Keep the business informed on new developments — features, benefits, limitations and roadmap.
• Comprehensive knowledge of booking workflows and systems, including front, mid and back office.
• Experience in GDS systems and online booking tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a corporate (SME) travel environment.
• Previous involvement in transformational or technology project work highly regarded.
