Role Description

The Coordinator, Business Services will assist with report requests by utilizing Grasp, Anthony Travel’s online reporting tool, and Trams, Anthony Travel’s back-office system. Additionally, he/she will reconcile credit cards on behalf of our clients. The person in this role will work with the Senior Manager, Business Services and Reporting Analysts, in achieving successful outcomes for our clients.

The individual in this role would ideally have experience with back-office accounting functions. He or she will need to understand simple excel skills, i.e., sum formulas, formatting, etc. Critical skills for this role include the ability to take guidance, meet deadlines, and collaborate with others.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Complete credit card reconciliations for clients while working with agents and account managers to obtain information and meet deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients’ ad hoc and routine reporting requests.
• Work with Reporting Analysts to produce customized reports through Grasp and Excel.
• Update back-office data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain basic tracking of reporting requests, reconciliation status, and outstanding items.
• Use company-approved AI tools to support routine tasks while verifying outputs and protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop relationships with people of different experiences and skillsets.
• Knowledge of Trams/Tres is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bookkeeping background helpful.
• Microsoft Office Suite experience.
• Positive, customer-centric attitude.

Compensation

• Hiring Rate Minimum: $42,750 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds).
• Hiring Rate Maximum: $57,000 annually.
