Role Description

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Cook to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely food presentations, smokehouse knowledge, efficient product prep, and assisting with kitchen prep and cooking tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player who takes pride in providing great service both on the road and in the kitchen.

• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and basic cooking duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding product needs
• Represent the company professionally and courteously at all times

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous cook positions desired but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
