Role Description
You will be an integral part of the QTC (Quote To Cash) team. The team provides support from pre-sales activities through to post-sales billing.
- Contract Management: Oversee the management of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- SAP System Registration: Accurately register contracts and related information in SAP systems.
- External Client Billing: Handle billing processes for external clients according to signed terms and conditions.
- Issue Resolution Support: Provide support for resolving any issues that arise during contract execution.
- Internal Project Date Management: Manage internal project dates included in contracts.
- Internal Client Interaction: Serve as the point of contact for internal clients, including sales and delivery teams.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our commercial customers and internal stakeholders at Kyndryl to orchestrate a variety of crucial activities.
- Remote Team Collaboration: Work with a geographically dispersed team, primarily based in Madrid.
- Backoffice Operations: Perform backoffice tasks to support the overall contract management process.
Qualifications
- High level of Spanish
- High level of Portuguese or English
