Role Description

GE Vernova is seeking an operationally minded Contractor Safety Coordinator to join our Global EHSS Team. This role is pivotal in centralizing the collection, preparation, and maintenance of external EHS customer accounts (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, etc.) and managing internal governance for ComplyWorks globally. Operating at the intersection of strategic roadmap execution and daily operational support, this role ensures our Business Units (BUs) maintain the highest standards of contractor compliance while driving operational readiness and standardization across our global footprint.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of EHS customer requirements
• Extensive proficiency in managing third-party compliance platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, VeriSource) and ComplyWorks
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
• Strong facilitation skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• Proven experience in Contractor Management
• Advanced knowledge of ComplyWorks and major third-party contractor management platforms
• Strong analytical skills for monthly utilization reports and performance metrics
• Operational excellence in driving standard work across global teams
