Role Description

We are seeking a talented Consulting Operations Analyst who will administer and optimize the systems, processes, and workflows that support Advisors Plus consulting services. Serving as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront and other key business platforms, this role drives workflow automation, process improvement, reporting, and operational efficiency across the organization.

• Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, including system configuration, maintenance, governance, user administration, and optimization.
• Build and maintain integration between Adobe Workfront and other critical systems, such as Salesforce, using the low-code Adobe Workfront Fusion integration and work automation platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Document business rules, operating procedures, and process handoffs.
• Evaluate operational metrics and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and capacity improvements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve scalability, create integration and enhance operational effectiveness across Workfront and other critical systems.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, document business needs, and develop technology-enabled solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workfront objects, templates, forms, queues, reports, dashboards, resource management tools, and workflow processes.
• Develop or partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and metrics to provide visibility into project delivery, resource utilization, performance, and business outcomes across Workfront and other critical systems.
• Monitor system performance, data quality, and process compliance to ensure reliable and effective business operations.
• Lead change management activities associated with process improvements, system enhancements, and new technology implementations.
• Develop documentation, standard operating procedures, training materials, and user guides for systems and processes.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training to maximize platform adoption and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to support integrations, enhancements, and future system capabilities.
• Support testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements and process improvements.
• Research platform capabilities, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Maintain appropriate system controls, governance standards, and operational documentation.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience administering and supporting business systems, workflow platforms, project management systems, or related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience administering Adobe Workfront in a business environment required.
• Experience with business process analysis, workflow design, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives required.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics required.
• Experience supporting business users through training, troubleshooting, and change management activities required.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Position may require less than 25% travel per year.
