Role Description

We are seeking a 6-15 years experienced Functional Consulting professional to join our Trading and Asset Services - Back Office practice. Role requires to have overlap with US time zone.

• Lead end client engagements during product implementations from discovery through delivery.
• Solution Design:
  • Lead client functional discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design for VPM implementations.
  • Own functional solution decisions and ensure alignment with VPM product capabilities and implementation standards.
  • Produce and review high-quality functional deliverables (BRDs, FSDs, configuration designs).
• Implementation & Delivery Oversight:
  • Lead and perform complex VPM functional configuration including valuation models, performance rules, static data, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Partner with Technical Consultants to ensure accurate data mapping, integrations, and end-to-end solution integrity.
• Client Support:
  • Provide functional leadership during SIT, UAT, and go-live phases, including issue triage and resolution guidance.
  • Support production cutover, validation, and post-go-live hypercare from a functional standpoint.
• Pre-Sales & Practice Contribution:
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities including functional solutioning, effort estimation, and SoW inputs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Practice leadership to raise product gaps and enhancement needs.

Qualifications

• Functional expertise in investment valuation and performance measurement concepts.
• General Ledger, Trial balance.
• Mutual/hedge fund processing.
• Fund onboarding/conversions.
• Implementation experience in investment accounting platforms such as Eagle Star/VPM/other accounting platforms.
