Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing workflows in notary offices and collaborating closely with our clients.

Introduction of our modern notary software to new clients (remote and on-site)
Identification and demonstration of improvement potentials through targeted use of the software
Implementation and optimization of workflows in the software
Support in developing problem solutions and optimization potentials
Conducting training for users (remote and on-site)
Act as an interface between clients and product management to convey requirements and feedback effectively
Participation in the technical conception and continuous development of the software

Qualifications

Completed vocational training as a judicial or notary specialist, notary assistant, notary specialist, legal specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary office or law firm
Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal issues
Technical understanding and interest in digital workflows
Practical experience with notary software and in the area of electronic legal traffic
Strong communication skills and a convincing, professional appearance as well as a structured, independent, and customer-oriented working style
Good IT skills, especially in using Microsoft Word
Fluent German language skills, good English skills are desirable
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
