Role Description

Customized Energy Solutions (CES) is a fast-growing and successful energy services and consulting company. The primary responsibilities for this position are:

• Attend and participate in ERCOT stakeholder meetings.
• Write succinct reports, with analysis where appropriate, on important presentations, announcements, discussions, and other developments from those meetings for internal and external clients.
• Participate in market analysis projects focused on market design and other areas of the deregulated energy markets.
• Work independently and collaboratively.
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years industry and/or relevant college degree required.
• Wholesale energy market (ISO/RTO) knowledge/experience required.
• Strong writing skills required.
• Experience writing under tight deadlines required.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience required.
• Strong verbal and public presentation skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively required.
• Business development orientation preferred.

Requirements

• Attendance at stakeholder meetings.
• Periodic travel to other relevant regional market-related meetings/workshops.
• Attendance at industry conferences, client/potential client meetings, and CES headquarters in Philadelphia.
