[Hiring] Consultant II @SPS Commerce

Role Description

The Consultant II works in a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers. This role will facilitate problem research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution and follow-up for customer change events, managing all escalated events appropriately, when necessary.

• Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration as part of completing implementation project.
• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• May consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
• Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress.
• Conduct tasks and assignments as directed. Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to apply, test, and re-configure data rules in order to produce desired results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years professional business experience.
• A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer.
• Familiarity with XML a plus.
• Experience with text editing and data mapping tools.
• In-depth knowledge of mapping tools and functionality.

Benefits

• The annual salary range for this role is: Php 971,400.00 – Php 1,457,100.00.
• The actual salary offered will be determined based on several factors including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.
