• Serve as a strategic relationship builder, positioning Alegeus as a market leader in consumer-driven healthcare with brokers, consultants, and key partners.
• Activate and expand broker-driven sales opportunities by collaborating closely with regional sales teams on introductions, meetings, events, and thought leadership.
• Drive meaningful pipeline growth by developing targeted territory and engagement plans that convert relationships into results.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout priority pursuits—removing consultant-related barriers and elevating the sales process for complex opportunities.
• Represent Alegeus and our partners at conferences, broker meetings, and industry events, strengthening brand awareness and market credibility.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver consistent messaging and a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen, executive presence, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse and senior audiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• 7+ years of experience in a channel, broker, or go-to-market leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of the TPA and health plan market.
• Strong familiarity with CDH benefits and financial or payment solutions technology.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience.
