[Hiring] Condo Review Analyst @Lower

Role Description

As a Condo Review Analyst, you'll be responsible for reviewing condo project approvals for mortgage loans. This is a fully remote role.

What You'll Do

• Review condo documents for loans
• Provide condo approval/warranty to align with agency requirements
• Analyze condo project documentation
• Respond to condo scenario inquiries
• Assist with government condo approvals
• Assist with training for Lower team members on the condo process
• Communicate with various departments on the requirements for condo approval
• Provide and promote exceptional customer service both internally and externally
• Meet minimum new condo review submittal expectations

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of mortgage underwriting or processing experience
• Experienced with condo project reviews and documentation
• Familiar with Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines
• Proficient with Encompass
• Able to work independently while meeting production standards
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
