Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical remote computer systems analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing efficient computer systems and processes to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze and assess current IT systems and processes to identify improvements and efficiency gains.
- Consult with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Design and implement new system solutions or modifications to existing systems.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for system upgrades and improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, network engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure system compatibility and performance.
- Test systems and troubleshoot issues before deployment.
- Prepare detailed documentation, user manuals, and system reports.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend strategic upgrades.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship (Required).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a systems analyst, business analyst, or related IT role.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with system modeling tools, data analysis, and technical documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
