[Hiring] Commercial Insurance Policy Reviewer / Processor @Outsourcing Advantage

Role Description

As a Commercial Insurance Policy Reviewer / Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurance policy servicing for our clients in the insurance industry.

• Review incoming commercial insurance binders and policies for completeness and accuracy
• Process endorsements and order necessary changes to insurance policies
• Utilize carrier portals and agency management systems to service commercial insurance policies
• Maintain organized records using document management systems
• Collaborate with team members to resolve policy discrepancies and ensure timely processing
• Work with Microsoft Excel to track and report policy data

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience across commercial lines
• Experience reviewing commercial insurance binders and policies
• Experience processing commercial insurance endorsements
• Experience using carrier portals for commercial insurance policy servicing
• Experience using AMS360 and document management systems
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• English proficiency at CEFR C1 level
• Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours
