[Hiring] Collection Specialist @Credit Solutions

Role Description

Credit Solutions, LLC, a national collection agency based in Lexington, Kentucky is currently seeking motivated remote Collection Specialists to join our growing organization. We are looking for self-driven individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong communication skills to successfully resolve delinquent medical, telecom, and commercial accounts.

• Previous collections experience is preferred; however, we will also consider candidates with prior telephone-based customer service, call center, or sales experience, as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to professionally engage with delinquent account holders by phone
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST
