Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track collection requests and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of collected information, evidence, or assets
• Assist investigators with data gathering and case preparation
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely collection
• Monitor collection schedules and follow up on outstanding items
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval
• Prepare status reports and summaries for management
• Support quality control checks on collected materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in criminal justice, security, or a related field is a plus
