Role Description
We are looking for a CMP Implementation Service Specialist to support clients in ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations. This role focuses on the implementation and management of cookie consent banners using the OneTrust platform.

Cookie Consent Implementation:
- Configure and deploy cookie banners in OneTrust
- Customize banners based on regional and business unit requirements

Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure full GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy compliance
- Monitor legal updates and adjust CMP settings accordingly

Testing & Troubleshooting:
- Validate banner behavior across browsers and devices
- Resolve technical and UX-related issues

Cookie Categorization & Management:
- Assist in classifying cookies and maintaining consent logs
- Ensure proper record-keeping and auditability

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date implementation documentation
- Generate compliance reports and analytics from OneTrust

UX Optimization:
- Enhance user experience while maintaining compliance
Qualifications
- Strong experience with OneTrust or similar CMP tools
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and global data privacy laws
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Preferred experience with cookie consent design and implementation
