[Hiring] Cloud Engineer @Firemind

Role Description

Firemind has built an AI operating engine that runs enterprise IT estates autonomously, live in production for many customers today, resolving around 90% of incidents without human touch — removing the need for a traditional MSP. We are an AWS Premier Tier partner, an Anthropic Authorised Reseller, and an NVIDIA embedded partner. Our AI Transformation portfolio helps enterprises adopt AI safely inside their own technology estate. Our work is trusted by organisations including Vodafone, KONE, Center Parcs, and Premier League.

We are growing the team behind our Autonomous Cloud Operations service — a managed service that resolves incidents, fulfils service requests, and maintains security posture with minimal human intervention. We are looking for a Cloud Engineer who wants to operate at the frontier of what managed services can be. This is not a traditional cloud ops role. You will not be closing tickets or following runbooks. You will be building, governing, and continuously improving the autonomous systems that do that work instead.

This role is based in Finland and offers remote working.
