[Hiring] Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist @Motorola Solutions

Role Description

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
• Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions).
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of experience working at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Cloud Awareness: Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Cloud practitioner or fundamentals-level certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and agile/lean operational methodologies preferred.

Requirements

• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• 4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience required.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
• Travel Requirements: 25-50%.
