Role Description

The Clinical Services Operational Specialist (CSOS) provides operational support within assigned departments or teams by:

• Accurately processing and maintaining electronic records
• Researching and resolving complex record or system issues
• Supporting effective workflow management
• Prioritizing and monitoring workloads based on business needs
• Communicating research findings
• Providing guidance to peers and other stakeholders
• Collaborating with team members and leadership
• Cross-training across multiple functions
• Processing communications and claims as needed
• Supporting peer training, mentoring, special projects, and other operational assignments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• U.S. Citizen
• Proficient in the English language with oral and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a thorough background check screening
• 1-year clerical experience
• Computer and keyboarding skills sufficient to record information accurately and efficiently
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, problem-solve, and effectively adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Ability to take direction within a team setting, work independently, and meet quality and production standards
• High-speed wired internet with minimum upload speeds of 5 Mbps and download speeds of 10 Mbps
• A quiet, dedicated home office space that meets remote work requirements

Requirements

• Experience working in multiple computer systems at one time (preferred)
• Strong computer experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (preferred)

Benefits

• Wage: $16.97 per hour plus a Health & Welfare benefit of $5.42 per hour
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Location: Must be located in the state of Kentucky, USA

Work Environment

Individuals are required to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. The tasks of the call center are repetitive in nature. For remote work, employees must maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and suitable for professional customer interactions.

Security

Many positions within the Contact Center Solutions Division require a security clearance. Candidates must successfully pass and maintain all required security and background checks applicable to the position and/or contract.
