[Hiring] Clinical Project Manager @Protara Therapeutics, Inc.

Role Description

The Clinical Project Manager, Temp to Perm, is responsible for supporting the Clinical Operations (CO) Team with all ongoing Protara programs as requested. Activities will include but are not limited to:

• Acting as the secondary operational study contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring Contract Research Organizations (CROs) are meeting their project deliverables within the agreed upon timelines.
• Serving as the primary contact for Clinical Trial Manager(s) (CTMs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Performing internal oversight of CTMs/CRAs performing CRO oversight monitoring visits.
• Overseeing global site selection and activation.
• Reviewing site budgets and contracts.
• Supporting document collection for RA/IRB submissions.
• Implementing recruitment strategies to meet enrollment objectives.
• Overseeing trial eTMFs.
• Tracking CRO’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each trial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research, life science or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry required.
• Knowledge of ICH, GCP, and CFR guidelines.
• Prior experience with different EDC platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the clinical trial monitoring process.
• Knowledge of Smartsheets preferred.

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Requirements are between $68 - $78 based on experience and qualifications.

Physical Demands

• Average travel for this position is 30% with some variations based on the demands of business needs.
• Must be willing to travel to clinical trial sites, vendors as applicable, and New York City office as needed.
