[Hiring] Clinical Program Operations Lead @Luro Health

Role Description

Luro Health is hiring a senior clinical operations leader to help scale our virtual clinic partnerships and build the operating systems that make high-quality, value-based care easier to deliver. In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

• Own the operational performance of multiple partner centers.
• Lead center launches and post-go-live stabilization.
• Manage Care Coordinators and strengthen partner relationships.
• Build repeatable systems that allow a small team to run many centers well.
• Operate across several launches and live centers simultaneously, prioritizing and creating structure as needs shift.
• Make high-quality operational decisions with incomplete information.
• Separate urgent issues from true priorities.
• Create clear operating rhythms that keep launches, live centers, and cross-functional partners aligned.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of healthcare operations experience, ideally in telehealth, FQHC, multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
• Experience owning clinic performance, launch readiness, partner relationships, live operations, or complex day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.
• People-management experience leading frontline clinical operations, care coordination, or similar operational teams.
• Strong systems-building capability, including automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools.
• Comfort using operational metrics to identify risks, improve workflows, and drive outcomes.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and the ability to create structure while priorities evolve.
• Preferred candidates based in NY, NJ, or PA for collaboration and regional work.
