Role Description

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program. This critical role is responsible for overseeing program operations, ensuring contractual compliance, and maintaining strong partnerships with state stakeholders. Serving as the primary point of contact for the state client, the Program Manager will lead program initiatives, manage escalations, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure high-quality service delivery and successful contract outcomes.

The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight for the Ohio PASRR contract, including:

• Supervision of program staff
• Collaboration with internal teams
• Management of reporting, documentation, and communication processes

This role is responsible for ensuring alignment with contractual requirements, identifying opportunities for operational enhancement, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring experience in:

• PASRR Level II program administration
• Human services leadership
• Data-driven program management

Travel Requirement: This position is fully remote within the United States. Occasional travel may be required based on business and contract needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services.
• Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs.
• Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis.

Requirements

• Client relationship management experience preferred.
• Active LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure preferred.
