[Hiring] Client Experience Project Analyst @Labcorp

Role Description

Labcorp is seeking a Client Experience Project Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.

• Collecting, organizing, and trending client-specific data.
• Communicating directly with clients to address issues, concerns, and present data.
• Performing research and evaluation of complex projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify and measure process methodologies, financial implications, and/or technical applications.
• Making recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues and identifying root cause.
• Working in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.
• Direct communication with clients on strategies for problem resolution.
• Handling problem recording, resolution, and tracking.
• Inquiring, clarifying, and confirming requirements and understanding of the solution.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• SQL experience.
• Project management experience.
• Hospital or reference lab experience.
• Leadership experience.

Requirements

• Ability to work PST hours.
• The ability to integrate data feeds into their systems, use query tools.
• Ability to triage/prioritize workload and escalate appropriately when needed and multi-task while staying organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with internal or external clients including creating and presenting PowerPoint and other types of presentations.
• Ability to relate professionally with people, facilitate group interactions, and mediate conflicts.
• Ability to create, review, analyze, and report out on performance metrics for a large client base.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent analytical ability.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Previous experience with Labcorp in Sales or Client or Patient Facing Departmental Operations preferred.
• Process Improvement experience preferred.
